Site Evaluation
Longer-Term Embedded Professional Development
Fees
Consulting fees are negotiated based on the scope of each project according to the following fee schedule, per consultant:
Site Evaluation per negotiated agreement
Workshops / Presentations, PLC Building & Facilitation $395 / hour (typically 2 hour minimum--please inquire)
Observation, Coaching, Consultation in Person, Telephone, or Skype, Research $85 / hour
Embedded Professional Development per negotiated agreement
Travel and Expenses: Mileage and consultant time are charged to the client at $1.00 / mile for travel outside the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area, calculated from the Watson Educational Consulting business address; the first 50 miles are complimentary. Overnight accommodations, if required, are payable by the client.

- Typically 2 -3 hours in length

- CEUs available
- One-time, monthly, quarterly, or other per district need
- Typically 1 hour / teacher: 40 minutes observation, 20 minutes coaching
- Tied to PD, PLC, District, School Goals
Longer-Term Embedded Professional Development
- Deeper work with staff, cohorts, or individuals
- Weekly - monthly
- 4 – 8 hours per day
